This hour yoga class is perfect for all adults, at whatever stage in their yoga journey and for any yoga experience level. We will focus on poses, stretches and breaths that are perfect for beginners, but will challenge those who practice more frequently. We will be relaxing and de-stressing our bodies surrounded by THREADS beautiful background. Enjoy a mimosa bar after class while you shop THREAD’s new arrivals, especially Varley athleisure. The Beehive Alliance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization started in 2019 that is dedicated to creating a buzz around pediatric mental and behavioral health issues. We are committed to providing the resources necessary to families in our local community burdened by these issues, so that no child is denied access to treatments that change lives.
