Returns & Exchanges

We thoughtfully curate everything you see both in-store and online, and we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange under the guidelines below.:

Return Requirements

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All original tags and packaging must be attached
    • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or wear

In-Store Purchases

Regular Priced Merchandise

  • Within 5 business days: Refund to original form of payment
  • Within 14 days: Exchange or store credit

Sale Merchandise

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale

Online Purchases

We accept returns for online orders under the following guidelines:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, except for store merchandise credit.
  • A $6 return shipping label fee will be deducted
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be completed:
    • In-store
    • By emailing us to process your exchange

After 14 Days

  • We are unable to accept returns after 14 days

Tips for keeping items in returnable condition:

SHOES- Always try on shoes on carpet, as shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation, therefore, shoes must be returned in their original box, free of damages and shipping labels.

SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE- Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip.

TOPS & DRESSES- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
